Would you like to experience what an industrial mechanic does at first hand as part of your school education for one to two weeks?

You are working towards a good intermediate secondary school leaving certificate, are interested in cutting-edge technology and want a challenging and varied career for your future?

In this case AWM AG offers you the opportunity to test your manual skills from year 9 onwards for 7 hours a day in our own training workshop and gain an insight into the way a modern company works and is organised in the areas of specialised mechanical engineering and tool making.

You will be involved in the daily work routine of a medium-sized company through active participation and observation, giving you an initial insight into the professional and working world.

The school work placement offers you the opportunity to test your interests, inclinations and capabilities in practice, thus laying an outstanding foundation for deciding on your subsequent choice of career.
