Dr. Horst Moka, born 1940, studied mechanical engineering - majoring in the design of machine tools at the Technical University of Chemnitz, graduating as an engineer.

During his time as the scientific assistant at the Technical University of Chemnitz, he was awarded his doctorate in engineering sciences.

He began his professional career at the Ingenieurbüro für Mechanisierung Gotha, a state run company, in 1964. Professional posts as a designer, departmental head design (mechanical engineering) as well as the operations director for the VEB Ingenieurbüro für Mechanisierung Gotha from which AWM AG was created.

He has been a managing partner since 1991 and since 2002 has sat on the Executive Board of AWM AG.

Klaus Kleinsteuber, born 1951, completed a vocational training course culminating in the Abitur (A levels) as a skilled rubber worker before going on to study mechanical engineering at the Technical University in Chemnitz; specialising in plastic and elastic technology, graduating as an engineer.

In 1991 he began his professional career at AWM AG as a managing partner. He has been serving on the Management Board since 2002.

Previously Mr Kleinsteuber was Head of Technology at the rubber factory in Thuringia, Senior Head of Department Research/Development and Research and Development Director of a plastic processing company and sales engineer in a plastic injection company.

Born 1968, studied business administration at Oxford Brookes University, graduating as a Master of Business Administration, completing a postgraduate course in mechanical engineering majoring in design technology at Ilmenau TU.

In 2001 he embarked on his professional career at AWM AG. He worked as an assistant to the Executive Board, Key Account Manager and Sales Manager for the Specialised Mechanical Engineering business area.

In 2010 he was appointed Business Area Manager by the Supervisory Board and Executive Board.

Previously he was a head of department at a prestigious management consulting company in Southern Germany.
