Sales/project management
The project management team works with the customer to analyse and optimise the product design.
Design
The team creates the tool design and agrees it with the customer. This is followed by the design implementation on cutting-edge CAD workstations together with analysis of the tool design for inspection and optimisation purposes.
Work preparation
Our planning engineers define the manufacturing strategy, draw up production plans and monitor adherence to deadlines.
Manufacturing
Trained employees and cutting-edge CNC machines ensure high-precision and cost-optimised manufacturing.
Assembly / tool calibration
Our toolmakers add the finishing touches and give the tool its final “polish“ by assembling the production parts, inspecting the fit, final calibration and optimisation on the spotting press.
Quality assurance
A measurement laboratory with state-of-the-art equipment ensures the quality of our work, for example by creating initial sample test reports.
